Bill pay
This app used to be great, now the bill payment option is no longer working and I have to go through the tedious process of logging into their website every time I need to pay my bill.
Claim submission app failure
I go thru the process of trying to file a claim:
1. When you exit the app and go back in, the information disappears. It doesn’t save the information.
2. When filing a claim and going thru the submitted process it does not let you actually submit the claim. Says “internet connection cannot be found”. This is false and untrue as the internet connection is working fine on multiple mobile devices I used to try to submit the application. If there is a photo limit, put that on the within the application. Can’t submit a claim at all thru the application.

Dumb name
I am never able to find it when searching apps. Have to remember it’s named worry free. Which does not have the letters imt or ins in it.

Much Improved!
The bill pay feature is much better than it used to be. The service locator and ID cards are also pretty handy. Fortunately haven’t had to try out the Submit a Claim feature.
Vastly improved from previous version.
Good job 👏 to the devs. They listened and made appropriate changes to the app. It is now functional and legible. Use it every month for bill pay and there’s no issues now.
Bill pay doesn’t work
I can’t even pay my bill with this app because the interface does not work. The payment review screen pops up and blocks the user from being able to accept the terms and conditions to make a payment.
Also can’t see any policy information. Not sure what the app is for other than to see your insurance cards? Pretty useless if I can’t even pay my bill

Impossible to use
Horrible app. Gives you the option to pay your bill but then doesn’t show the complete page so you can actually pay your bill. What a joke.
Unable to pay through the app
I got the app because I couldn’t pay through the website using Safari (iOS) because part of the page is not viewable. Unfortunately, I have the same issue on the app. I will keep trying with future payments because it would be convenient to pay through the app using a credit card.
Good idea but lacking functionality
I like that I can pull my ID cards and get roadside assistance from there. However I can't view my policy & coverage information. I have to go to the site for that. I also can't tell the difference between my homw owner and my auto policy on the app.
Can’t see the whole screen
When I try to go in to pay my bill it doesn’t show the whole screen. I am using an iSO device and I can’t move anything around on the screen to be able to enter the account information for payment. I can only see a portion of the page. It’s almost like the page is too big for the device, but you can’t shrink it at all. Every single month I have this struggle. If you click just in the right spot, you can move the screen around, but you only get one try. This is a horrible app! Save yourself the headache and just use their website.

Aggravating and poorly developed
Why in the world they would use a “pop up” as their payment screen in an app... It is straight up lazy and cheap. You cannot see the whole screen and they use the same screen online. Don’t they realize GenZ uses their phones for everything? Fix your payment screens to be mobile compatible.
Can’t even login
It’s no good. It won’t let me login at all. Tells me that I don’t have user name or password right or it says I haven’t used them. My wife is driving 30 hours to Arizona and I wanted her to have the immediate access to roadside assistance. I guess if something happens this app is absolutely worthless.

Can’t upload pictures
The app has a section to upload pictures when filing a collision claim; but when I try to add pictures to the claim the app crashes.
I’m using iOS 21.2; I checked the settings and there is nothing there to allow the IMT app permission to access my phone’s Photo folder or camera.

App is worthless. Doesn't show policy. Can use it to pay my premiums but have to call the office to get insurance card mailed or emailed to me.
Doesn't work on iPhone
Open the app, and immediately shuts down.
Nice first attempt, but.....
After downloading App, it does not place an icon on your IPAD so I have to go to the iTunes Store and search for the App by name every time. It shows it as downloaded but there's no other way to use it other than to do a search each time. The info it provides using GPS searches, such as restaurants, police, etc. is sketchy at best. When wanting to pay a bill, it actually takes you out of the App and into a webpage, which you now have to log into AGAIN. Why not just go to the webpage in the first place and save all the hopping around? It's nice to know they tried, but this is a sleeper and one to keep off you iphone/ipad to prevent clutter. It's a time abusive app.
