Only if you pay

I am all for covering the costs of development and paying fair wages. That said - if you wanted to test drive this - you get 1 note. You get 1 shot.
Not very useful and there is no way to test drive it.
So deleting. And going to try another.

Greedy Subscription Model

I like the concept of this app, it was useful for my anxiety and OCD, however i’m not impressed with the developers decision to opt for a subscription model. i was informed that i had exceeded my monthly limit for free entries, it doesn’t specify what the monthly limit is but i only used it maybe twice a week, so it seems odd that i’ve supposedly already surpassed the limit. i was then shown an ad to purchase a subscription to be able to keep using the app. a one time payment of $11.99 seems somewhat excessive but could be reasonable, wanting to lock me into a subscription at $11.99 a year is a little absurd. i’m sick of these greedy subscription models, and of apps that advertise themselves as “free” on the app store only to become impossible to use without making a purchase. why can’t you guys just show ads and make at least the most basic functionalities of the app usable for free, like app developers used to do?

Simple but exactly what I was looking for

Structured very well. No addons to buy. Even works offline.

Meditating, breathing, coping needs real voice

I really see how effective this app is, except for the recorded mechanical voice for meditations, breathing and coping. A real voice would make it so much better. The current voice makes that portion of the app unusable to me.

Not enough

It’s clear that minimal effort was spent on the app. For a pedi subscription they could have done so much better.

I don’t use anymore

I used to use this app and it was perfect for what I needed. Very simple and I could see the logs easily. I liked it so much I even purchased it. But then they changed it to this new interface and now I don’t even use it anymore. It has way too many other things like meditation and breathing that I can get with other apps. They tried to put too much into this app when it wasn’t necessary. I just needed something to track my worries. Developers if you read this, please consider switching it back to the old interface. Thank you!

Used to be great

This app used to be great, but now you need to buy a subscription in order to do anything. You can’t even track your mood anymore. I bought the app years ago, so I don’t know if it still costs money or not, but it feels dumb that I bought the app and am supposed to also buy a subscription in order to do essentially anything on the app.

Do NOT BUY THIS APP!!!

This App appears to be wonderful when I downloaded it and started using it. However, I then wanted to listen to the guided meditations and I had to pay the subscription first, which I did. When I started listening to the guided meditations the voice was this horrible, mechanical, monotone. It definitely NOT relax me but made me feel even more tense!!! I thought it extremely sneaky of the owners to make one pay first before one finds out about this. I managed to get a refund from Apple. Do NOT buy this App. You’ll regret it. I definitely do NOT recommend it. I’d give it no stars if I could. It’s AWFUL!!!!

Should you put the feeling some where else he cause I didn’t see I t it there

Not using anymore

I can’t find how to cancel my subscription. Please provide directions. Thanks.

Bugs found but quickly fixed

Good app. Tools for dealing with anxiety and logging work together.

Panic Disorder and PTSD

I have suffered panic attacks for longer than I can remember. This app helps not only track them for therapy use, but offer interactive questions and prompts to address that anxiety. I was finally diagnosed with PTSD three months ago, which have caused the panic attacks to significantly increase. I found this app by pure chance, but already extremely happy with it. Thank you.

Great app, calmed me down

This app done great for what its intended to do. Once i have a worry or problem, i come here and jot it down. I then wait, knowing that i can balance and contain when i do or do not need to worry about specific things. And this app does it well!

The 1 star not marked is just the ui or quality of the app, when i first got it, i got a bit confused on how to used it, but eventually, i came through.
Thankyou.

✨👌

I’m sure I have undiagnosed OCD. I have thoughts that make it hard to even enjoy my daily life. This really helped me become more self reflective and made it a bit easier for now. ✨✨👍

Awesome application

This application is amazing, I love it. The team is also incredibly dedicated. I had an issue with the application and I sent an email to support. They replied really fast and showed me a workaround, plus they implemented a fix!

Great application, amazing communication with the customers! I highly recommend it! 🥰

Need landscape mode for iPad

It’s a well designed app but needs to have landscape mode for iPad since it’s much more useful to be able to use this app with a keyboard.

Ruined by recent update

This was excellent. But this latest update is ghastly. It crashes every few seconds. I cannot even access previous records. It is confusing and cluttered, stressful to use. They have tried to do everything and done it badly instead of one thing really well. They have removed the ability to customise appearance and replaced what was a beautiful functional design with a cheesy zen garden aesthetic. I didn’t want a pretentious spa experience, I wanted a simple and safe place to deal with worries. I cannot even figure out how to use the worry tracker now. Have deleted, requested refund, and downloaded Worry Tree instead.

Overpriced

Waaaay too expensive for what it does…
Very basic app for 4.49, save yourself some money and opt for notes or get a journal.
Wish I never downloaded it!

Refund

I accidentally got this app. Could I get a refund

Add mood tracking please

Similar to the cognitive distortions page. Also would be really nice if you could add graphing historical data
