Great, but room to improve.
I love my Landroid Vision Cloud 4WD and find the app good to use. However, it doesn’t seem to have an option to give feedback and I do not wish to contact support for every thing. Please add a feedback form.
I’d love if the app could show photos of obstacles it avoided. Perhaps we could classify them. You have to swipe in order to see the rest of the screen. I find I often have paused the mower or returned it home from those finger presses, so try to prevent that. In-app videos, such as how to use the mower’s physical buttons (what to press when, and in what order) would be useful. I’d like to prioritize the order of zones when mowing since it may not all be done that day. Thanks for putting out a fantastic mower. I’m so glad I do t have to rescue this mower like I did frequently with my prior Husqvarna automower.

Worx WR342 grundsätzlich zufrieden, aber …
Ich bin grundsätzlich zufrieden mit dem Mähroboter, auch wenn es Ecken in meinem Garten gibt, mit denen der Worx irgendwie nicht klar kommt. Mit der App bin ich allerdings nicht sehr zufrieden. Wenn ich den Worx in den Partymodus versetze und nach z.B. einer oder zwei Stunden weitermachen möchte, muss ich das direkt über den play button tun, da er andernfalls erst wieder zum regulären nächsten Start weitermähen würde. Aber wenn ich den play button drücke, verschwindet die Anzeige der noch zu mähenden qm, benötigte Zeit und Prozentanzeige und die Anzeige wird auf Anfang zurückgestellt, als ob der Mäher gerade erst angehängt zu mähen und nicht bereits die Hälfte oder mehr gemäht hat. Hier sollte noch etwas an der App gefeilt werden.

Machine is fine, but it’s brain is dumb
This thing needs to be reprogrammed. The erratic way it aimlessly roams to cut instead of following a consistent, logical route is infuriating. It looks awful. Also, it constantly gets stuck. And the reason it gets stuck is that it roams aimlessly instead of following a set route so it wanders into trouble that would have been avoided if it weren’t randomly cutting jagged patches. Set up and mapping was fine but actual mowing is a mess. The programmers need to upload a patch to give the option for me to set a route for it to follow so it’ll actually do what it’s supposed to do instead of just making an erratic mess and getting stuck.

Finally almost Flawless
After almost two years my little orange wonder is nearly flawless in operation. It just took a lot of perseverance.

L’application et très bien mais pour la carte il serait judicieux de mettre une vue satellite, en plus pour créer des chemins on devrait pouvoir le faire grâce aux dessins comme les zones interdites, d’ailleurs , pour les zones interdites il faudrait avoir plusieurs possibilités de dessin, genre carré, cercle ou triangle, ou main libre

Really love these and I don’t see how anyone wouldn’t, seems to be the best robot mower available.
One thing that would be awesome is if you could select from the APP which zone to mow and press go. My front yard has 4 zones and I never know which one it’s going to do, I just pause it at its searching zones and then press mow. The app user experience could use some work….. but the Landroids are AWESOME overall.

Je possède un Landroid depuis quelques mois et en suis plutôt satisfait. L’appli est globalement instinctive et facile d’utilisation. Plusieurs défauts cependant : il faut une wifi dans le jardin de bonne qualité, ce qui est compliqué pour les maisons anciennes. De plus, le robot se plante assez régulièrement, sans possibilité de le redémarrer à distance. C’est dommage car la plupart du temps ce n’est pas un vrai plantage. Par ailleurs le robot bippe beaucoup, en particulier en mode bordures. On devrait pouvoir changer ça.

Great product
Easy set up following the Quickstart guide up and running in less than an hour
Worth it if you stick with it.
Took two seasons but now it works 99% flawlessly on terrain no-one else can match.
Bad updates
App update turned off party made, came home to my freshly sprouted over seeded lawn destroyed.

Manual settings not able to be set in order to get functionality back for air schedule
I called support and explain there too. To set size of lawn to manually get schedule to work the app requires a period in keyboard but that is not displayed by app.
Experience
Landroid wr310.1 with edge cutting I have been using worx almost 2 months i m very happy to not spend money for landscaping my grass looks best on the block i m still working to perfect the edge cutting.
Customer service was great in usa.
Problems

2. Setup takes at least 4 hours with manual mapping
3.application has bugs sometimes main menu you cant slide up from the screen
4. It can be a little faster
5.my Pathway between zones is gravels it is having hard time to go on gravels

Not the best...
Manual control launches a remote control pad popup and flips the screen horizontally. The navigation buttons are then hidden below the screen in my iphone pro max. Nothing I can do to pinch zoom or flip the screen vertically. Broken and unusable.
How could this app ship like that to production is beyond me. It means likely all of the facts are true:
- no comprehensive eval tests before production signoff tells story about disorganised and poor project management;
- this is not the first iteration of the app which means there is continuous improvement in the dev studio;
- devs are bad at coding;
- devs don't care about the quality of their work.
You have no excuses to be that bad at building and shipping apps in 2026 and beyond. All good reasons to replace the devs by AI asap and have them looking for something else to do - coding and solving problems are clearly not their passion.
P.S. To anyone from Worx that is not a coder: the machine you've built is fantastic - but it is rendered useless by a bad software. What a shame!

Die manuelle Steuerung funktioniert, aber die Übertragung beginnt nicht und es gibt keine Joysticks.
Worx Landroid Vision M550
Ich verwende den Landroid Vision M550 mit 4Ah Akku jetzt seit einem Jahr und bin nicht wirklich überzeugt. Es herrscht noch viel Verbesserungsbedarf. Großer Kritikpunkt ist wie bei vielen anderen auch der automatische Plan. Die KI dahinter steckt wohl noch in den Neugeborenen Schuhen. Er fährt früh morgens wenn der Rasen noch richtig Nass ist, spät Abends bis er wegen Dunkelheit nicht mehr zur Station findet und allgemein sehr ineffektiv. Trotz Regen usw wo eine KI eigentlich Wetter Daten nutzen sollte. Daher werde ich wie letztes Jahr wieder einen manuellen Zeitplan erstellen. Er ignoriert manchmal Magnetband Begrenzungen, findet nach zwei Wochen ohne Probleme dann doch plötzlich die Überfahrung zur zweiten Zone wieder nicht und zerschrammt sich wegen mangelndem Sichtfeld komplett selber . Es sind rundum tiefe Kratzer am Mäher weil er beim wenden Kantsteine von Beet Einfassungen rammt, gegen Bäume fährt oder an Gegenständen Schrammt. Das Kamera Sichtfeld ist einfach zu klein. Der Akku sagt auch alle paar Tage zu heiß/kalt. Ein paar Tage am Stück läuft er dann aber wieder insgesamt Problemlos .
Die ersten Tage der Nutzung ist viel Zusammenarbeit mit dem Mäher nötig um festfahren usw zukünftig zu verringern. Trotzdem mäht er anständig und erleichtert einen für das Geld den Alltag. Bitte den automatischen Plan nachbessern!

Not a very good app
The app often gives you many kinds of errors. Maps errors, can’t submit request. Or no domain.
OTP error
The app will not let me add my new mower I keep getting a the above error everytime so unless I can solve I will be sending the mower back to supplier on Monday

I can’t even login to my account. Never hard issues with previous versions.
