Stay Away from this camera!!
Don’t buy this camera!! If you need help you have no support at all they don’t answer emails or phone calls. It’s a good camera until you haft to restart it then you’re lucky if it starts back up! If you have credit coming you, you can’t get a hold of anyone to find out why it hasn’t been sent back to your card. All so if you try to buy cloud your bank company kicks back as fraud so beware of that…I maid a mistake buying this one and I’m pretty sure I won’t do it again..

It was working till it wasn’t
For a year this camera seemed to work well. Then I was unable to access it. It would just attempt to login to my WiFi, claiming that the WiFi password was incorrect. After attempting a hard reset from two locations and verifying my password, I’ve determined that one of the two bulb cameras is faulty. The other still works as designed.

Incorrect WiFi password
It keeps saying my WiFi password is wrong but I know it’s not wrong.
