This app is horrible.. can never log in!! Fix this garbage or delete it!!!
Can’t even open the app
It opens for a split second then closes. I reinstalled it and restarted my phone, but still isn’t working
Crippling frustration
My logins never seem to be accepted even though I check them and reset them constantly. Reaching out to customer support is a black hole of being ignored and dismissed… I don’t see this company getting off the struggle bus anytime soon.
Love WOW, but Ultra App/Experience Terrible
I’m a WOW Ultra costumer that wants so badly to like this, but the app is terrible (especially through the Firestick) on the TV, which is the way WOW! told me to connect to it. Chanels often missing. Have to reset it constantly. Error messages, literally every single time I turn on the TV. Been a WOW customer for 8 years but this may be the beginning of the end.

The app is archaic. Hire a team and step into the times.
Stopped working.
This app stopped letting me in, I get a Terms of Use pdf and no option out of it.
App support is needed
Not WOWED by WOW employees being clueless about their app when it’s down. When it’s working they can’t even help me with getting the remote in the app to work.

The app stopped working. I was on hold for 20 minutes. When someone finally answered his accent was really hard to understand. He gave me some suggestions which did not work. He put me on hold Nd disconnected me! I called back and again had to wait twenty plus minutes. This new CSR put me on hold and then disconnected me. WORST customer service EVER!

What am i paying for
I assume it’s a waste of time to write this review but i just want to point out i pay almost 200 bucks a month to be offered an app that hasn’t been updated in 3 years? You people are ******* crooks!!

Horrible
My internet intermittently goes out for 5 mins. My kid was in virtual for a while and it would always go out while he was in class. My wife is a teacher, same thing. I have called and get basically no help. They sent a guy out to my house, he was rude and basically told me my internet shouldn’t be doing that “its new equipment” he said. I felt he was implying I had something to do with their service going out. I really do not like this company.

Not functional
I can’t do or access anything through this app. I’m confused as to why this would have been released if not functional. Frustrating and not a solid business decision. Please take some action to correct or remove from general use.

Quite possibly one of the worst cable apps out there today. Can’t imagine anything worse.

Horrible app
This app rarely recognizes my user and pw. Even when I have confirmed it is the correct user and pw. For some reason I get re-directed to another log in / register page. Only then, sometimes I can log in. IF I am able to log in then I am not able to submit payment. The app is slow, not intuitive at all and non-responsive when pressing on menu. I have iPhone6s and this app is horrible.

Use to work, not anymore
I use to use this to operate my arris box from other rooms or when I was away. Suddenly it stopped working in 2019. Very disappointing

It needs improvement
The app will not open unless you are connected to the WOW network. So it will not slow you to report problems when there is an outage.
Also the Comcast app lets you watch recorded content from the app from anyplace if you are traveling.
It would be nice if WOW had these features.
