Hidden cost which insurance should cover

I rented a car and there was a minor scratch and they charged me 3600 but i never got any receipt or details what amount they spent on the repair. Insurance should also cover this minor charge but they mentioned they do not have insurance. How can a rental company is providing cars without insurance? And if u charge the amount show the customer how much was actually spent

Smooth and safe car rental experience

We have booked a 5 seater car for 1 day. The car was in good condition. The personal present are very friendly, responsive responsible. Ambrish made the car receiving and returning process quick and smooth.

Great Experience

I am really impressed with entire experience of Wowcars. This was for the first time the car delivery was prompt and ahead of time. Franklin who supported with delivery was very very supportive and explained the entirw process. Great experience and end to end customer satisfaction. Huge shout out to franklin who ensure last mile delivery experience is awesome. I recommend wow cars!!!

Good Service

The service from Wow Carz, BTM 4th stage was fabulous. The car was brand new and didn't trouble anywhere in the middle of my journey. The staff were very polite and professional and they explained everything clearly. Must recommended to everyone who are looking forward to renting a car.

Great Service and good quality car

The service is very professional and the car, although was not perfect, but was very good and clean. Highly recommend using their se rices for renting a self drive car in Bangalore.

Good cars

I found best prices on Wow cars and the customer care service as well as the puck up and drop was awesome.
Car condition was also nice as I got a new model and it was super smooth☺️

Amazing and quick service

Had to do a last minute booking for the trip and the app did its due diligence in getting me a car quicker. The delivery of the vehicle was hassle free and the personnel Sagar helped me through with all the instructions. Post the trip the pick up was easy as it goes. Prem did a thorough check and it was over in under 5minutes. I did recommend this for anyone in comparison to other “named” self drive rentals.

Prompt and quick service

Needed a car for a weekend and had not found on all the other platform, then came across this service. They were very professional and delivered the car home. Car was in a very good condition and did not give any trouble. Really recommend Wow Carz.

Experience and Service

The experience was truly awesome.. Staff behaviour, wait time and service are great which I never received from any other Company or Apps ..The cars all they had was very well maintained. I recommend every one when u want to rent a car in Bengaluru choose wow cars. Special thanks to the staffs Manohar, Shridhar and Arun and shiv Prasad.
