Hidden cost which insurance should cover
I rented a car and there was a minor scratch and they charged me 3600 but i never got any receipt or details what amount they spent on the repair. Insurance should also cover this minor charge but they mentioned they do not have insurance. How can a rental company is providing cars without insurance? And if u charge the amount show the customer how much was actually spent
