If The News is on my TV, it may take a couple of minutes, But I Always Realize IF I’m not watching WPBF! All others are poor in so many, occasionally Every Way! Even the journalists are Not the Same. They’re not as intelligent and obviously not schooled the same. Less attractive and not really on track! Wish I had more time to make this point! You’re The Best!!! Watch it every day it’s better than the rest

Sometimes when I get a message from 25 News and I search it on the app, I have to scroll down looking for it instead of being immediate!
To many notifications
The app itself is great but omg I get more notifications for you guys then any other news app I have used in the past. Besides that the app is good for what it’s for.
To have channel 25 out of Florida, so that we can follow hurricane and development to clean up
This is one of the best apps I have ever had on my phone to cover a certain town from the time that the hurricanes and tornadoes were predicted all the way through during, and after including the cleanup interviews with survivors and FEMA and political offices that are trying to lend a hand the reach out of all of the nonprofit associations is outstanding continue the great work bravo

It seems like every single day I have to delete the app and download it again in order to be able to watch the news. You guys have got to fix this.
Worst app ever
Click on ANY link and you have to watch ad after ad but as soon as the ads are done it jumps back to the Home Screen - consistently! Hearst must really need the money because that’s all they seem to care about - coin over content. Life is too short to waist so much time using this app. Uninstalling immediately and getting my weather directly from NOAA

Interruptions on ABC network at 11 a.m. for nonsense!
As a Floridian, I’m getting tired of WPBF25 interrupting the only morning show at 11a.m. If it’s not about the weather which they talk and notify us as an emergency and/or non-emergency. And today May 31, 2024 , WPBF25 puts former president Trump for 30 minutes. He spoke how innocent he was for the “minimal “ guilty 34 counts. Like really?? Couldn’t it wait till their regular time at 12 to put on the “allegedly innocent former president.” I’m getting so tired of these interruptions. It’s been happening for years. I think I will just record my show and watch another channel for the weather and regular news. A very concerned customer.

WPBF’s 11 pm News has never mentioned anything about Hunter and Joe Biden’s dealings with Barisma, etc. But you always start of with negative news about President Trump.

Alerts not working properly
If there are multiple alerts on my Home Screen, clicking one alert removed all other alerts. This prevents me from reading multiple news one after another. There is no other way to find those removed alerts.
It used to be a good app
I just updated the app thinking my older version was the reason for the glitches, but no. I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem but the scrolling up and down is a nightmare, it’s so super glitchy. Like I said, I updated but same problems, please fix.
Information Overload
The amount of information provided by the station is repetitive and 24 hour coverage is more harmful than helpful. I believe most viewers mentally shut down and stop paying attention. Specific coverage by county may be more beneficial.
Horrible
Most accurate forecast.....never laughed so hard, they couldnt predict the weather right if the world depended on it. Dont use this app
Nasty
This app doesn’t work 95% of the time. Heavy glitches and crashes. Disgusting app.
Pinging stories
I hate that you ping the same old news stories over and over.
Stories Slow to Load
My favorite local station but when I click on stories in the app it frequently spins and spins never loads
Notifications
I do not like your IOS app at all like click on one of the notifications and you lose all the others that you wanted to read but now every one of them have been deleted absolutely terrible design!!! It doesn’t do this on all the other Made for IOS phones and tablets, you can still read all of them , maybe I should switch to WPEC and WPTV as theirs don’t do this , but however I’m just wasting my time as y’all never read the comments and never fix what is broken so what’s the sense in writing this to you !!!
