What is this

?!!

Customer Service Center is Trash

Customer service representatives are rude. The mechanic forgot to put back a rivet on my car and I called them to ask them to bring it back and put it on so I could drive the car on my road trip. Said it was basically impossible and argued that it probably was already missing. Literally zero help and was combative.

Idiots said take to dealer since your car is 2020

Go to YourMechanic.com they repair all types of cars. Wrench recommending me to go to dealer instead of fixing it. Seems like their mechanics are incapable of doing their job. Do not recommend this app don’t waste your time

Doesn’t take Apple Card for payment

I couldn’t get my Apple Card to work when booking. Wasted time chasing that it’s a zip code issue pre booking and used my debit card. Try again and still no luck. Called CUSTOMER service again and finally told they don’t take Apple Card

1 month Horrible wait, dishonest diagnosis valued $1000

A mechanic came over to my house, diagnosed my car with fancy tools, and said the car needs a fuel pump replacement so they ordered the part. It didn’t come for over a month and they kept making excuses and rescheduling a repair appointment several times for over a month. I ended up cancelling the appointment and took the car to a reputable auto shop for a second opinion. After a day and an half, they got the car up and running without having to replace a fuel pump. They said it was the flooding in the engine, possibly due to a battery. They saved me $1000. Throw the defective wrench away and go to an auto shop instead.

Good mechanics, awful customer service

The mechanic I had was actually amazing, did a thorough job, was very professional, and offered very practical advice. However, I spent $150 on a diagnostic and then never received a quote. I called the customer service number multiple times without an answer or response to messages. I emailed about three or four days after my diagnostic requesting the quote (which I was supposed to receive 24-48 hours after initial service) and was told it would be another 24-48 hours. Three days later I emailed again as I still hadn’t received a quote for repairs- again, having spent $150 on a diagnosis and a week after service. I was again told t would be 24-48 hours and was thanked “for my patience”. It has been over a week since that email. I still haven’t received a quote for repairs. Why is that important? Without the ability to say exactly what was wrong they can charge extra for additional diagnosis when they come for repairs. So I’m just out $150 and still had to take my car to a shop.
Don’t waste your time unless you already know what’s wrong exactly because the customer service is actually useless.

Almost useless.

Despite the app’s marketing tag line “If it has four wheels we can repair it!”...the only services offered are basic user level maintenance. Spark plugs, oil change, thermostat replacement etc. The most “difficult” job offered is a radiator swap. Which is pretty much a quick bolt on replacement job.

Great Service

The services are expensive on oil changes and flushes. The deals are given with standard changes such as brakes and radiators. Sometimes 200$ cheaper, so always get a quote from wrench. The app is ok just needs some tuning but 5 star company.

Terrible App

Not sure about the service but the app is terrible. Tried to schedule a mechanic but it told me no one was available no matter whatever date I entered.
Called a local mechanic who came out immediately and fixed my problem.
This app is a great idea, shame it doesn’t work.

DO NOT USE!!!

Seriously. Take your car to a shop or dealership for everything. This company uses a bait and switch. They quote you a price and then the mechanic will come and say the job will take another hour doubling your price. If you decline, they still charge you a diagnostic fee of 150$. Then the job still gets completely done in the original time frame you paid for initially. So you’re left with a 2 hour bill for a 1 hour job. I’ve already reported them to the BBB. I also believe they write fake reviews too.
STAY AWAY!!

Disappointed

I have used the service twice now, first to get my alternator replaced and the second for a “warranty inspection” due to some issues that came up after the original. I called in and spoke with a rep who promised me that the inspection would be free due to it “sounding” like the same issue with my alternator. She later told me that she Googled my symptoms and she would send the mechanic out again for FREE! against my better judgment I made the appointment and was charged $150.00. I understand it’s a business and money needs to be made, but don’t lie and reassure me of a free service just to make a buck. If the rep would have at the very least said,”there may be a charge of $150.00 if the inspection results come back saying the issue is unrelated to the first issue.” VERY DISSATISFIED

Getwrench

Found Getwrench online. Checked reviews and decided to go for it. SOOO GLAD I DID. From the first call employee was friendly and extremely helpful. She gave me quotes on several things I thought might be wrong. Anton was the mechanic that was sent to make repairs. He was very friendly and within a very short time diagnosed the problem. Repair was made within the time he said it would be. Also payment was LESS THAN STATED!!! I will never take my car to a garage!! I would HIGHLY recommend Getwrench!! Thanks Anton!!!
