Downloaded app, added all details, while placing order my son name is available and my old address was fetched automatically

Scam

Ordered something but received different items (clothes). When asked customer care, they say no return or refund as the package was tampered by us (They want us to take a video while opening the package). Got scammed.

Totally fraud and scammer

I have ordered two products, but the app showed they are cancelled and the refund has been processed, but it is not the case when I asked their customer support which I get after at least 24 hours of trying they say that the order is not cancelled. it is not yet fulfilled, and it will fulfilled near future without any expected date. I told him why is this discrepancy? App show something different and you are telling something different. I just asked them let the order be cancelled and please refund my amount. They said it is against our policy. I mailed to their official email. There was no response. there is no mechanism to chat or talk to an agent to be honest, and the service is very very poor.
I just lost 4000 because of these scammers. Never ever recommended.

Worst support

Honestly there is no customer support. The order is taken and there is no update on exchange. I had to contact and check why it is taking so long and they reply back saying no size available. They told no option but to refund and its been 8 days. No response, no update. Totally worst online app compared to other online clothing apps.

Worst dress company
We order some size they will send availability size. No customer service. Don’t buy any product seeing Virat face, see face only in cricket not business or service sector. IMP - while returning the product they will dedicate our money in discount option. Worst worst…

Wrogn has a great collection. Bought 2 linen shirts —they fit really well and the fabric feels premium. Had seen Virat wear it at the airport, so glad I found the same shirt

Very disappointing experience. Customer service was poor and not helpful. The return policy is confusing and inconvenient. I faced difficulty in getting support for my issue. Expected much better service. Would not recommend unless they improve their customer support and return process
