No Order Updates After Payment
This is a completely disappointing app. I ordered a pair of shoes, but I haven’t received any update about my order. I don’t know when it will arrive—or if it will arrive at all. My payment has already been deducted, but there is no communication or order status. Very poor service and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this app.
