App lacks basic features

This app lacks even the most basic features like editing your user profile. It’s been months since I’m trying to edit the email associated with my Bacca Bucci account but the app simply has no functionality to edit your profile. You call their support team and even they can’t do these basic changes either. It’s so frustrating since I can’t access my POP coins nor redeem them and the customer support has no clue.

Order delayed

Hello , I still haven’t recieved my order it’s been 13 days man and now i enquired with India post and they’re telling me it takes another 4-5 days time to deliver the products so total of 20 days of punishment because i choose to make a grave mistake of ordering from your app
Thank you lesson learnt never ordering anything from your app ever again

I want to buy shoes, and i check on website . It said I could buy from their app and get a discount. But when I tried to buy from the app, there was no offer. They just wanted me to download the app. Beware, it's a fraudulent app. Don't buy from it."
