Has the worst mobile deposit. It can take me more than 20 tries to get the system to accept my photos.
It has issues
This app always seems to have issues. Multiple times a month it will not open or won’t load. Today it is giving me an incorrect balance amount and the last date of transactions it will show me was 4 days ago.
Log In Unavailable
I’m very upset that I can’t access my own money at the moment. Especially on a day so similar to Black Friday (Amazon Prime Deal day) when some people like to save money and get those deals but cannot do so because they cannot access their account to move money over to certain accounts. Very, very unhappy.

Error code=12
I keep trying to get to bill pay and every time it gives me error code=12 what could I do? I love the app it’s very helpful when I’m out of town and need to make a quick look into my bank.
Doesn’t have online deposit
This banks app is so annoying. Actually, it’s not the app but it’s the way they have set it up. PLEASE let us make mobile deposits. That’s the main reason that I don’t transfer my main checking from BOA to this home town bank. And, customer support is not 24 hours. I have more trouble with having to get password resets with this bank app than any other online entity in my everyday life. I have to wait till the brick & mortar bank opens!! Grrrrr.
