Unreliable app will put you in a terrible situation

Wssel used to be the fastest service around now it’s the slowest and most expensive , dont waste your time. Use hungerstation or jahez much better services.

Marvellous App

I’m really happy for the App improvement as some older reviews are negative. However, from my experience in my previous orders; the order acceptance time and the food delivery time was reasonable.

Terrible service,

They do deliver, cold food. Order a deli so it’s at least ok when it arrives.

Worst application ever.

Unfortunately this app is not responsible to the customers and the employees from the customer was not professional at all.I don’t recommend this app if you’re hungry

It a good first time experience !

The scheduled delivery time past away for more than 15 minutes and my order hasn’t arrive ! And tech support refused any kind of respect to a promise and a time scheduled and deny any reimbursement !!

Refund

What I have noticed in this app, when you order something and the app cancels it, you will not get refund. The policy they are writing and publishing is incorrect. I would not call them good app, i would call them the unprofessional, and opportunistic app.

I hope my money comes back again ;)

Worst customer service

I made an order and when the driver arrived I didn't pick up the phone immediately. So just after a few minutes, they charged me and the driver left. I tried to contact them by phone and email but they never answered.

I was surprised to be treated like this although I am a loyal customer. I decided to delete the app immediately.

Very bad application

Very bad application, they took my money and i never got it back
The order came all wrong, the delivery guy returned the order to the store and i never got my money back!!!!

They don't have a way to reach them, you can not call them !!!! Only though the app or email ...i sent sooo many complains on the app yet no response until today!!! it has been more than a week !!!! I sent emails yet no replies!!!

I would not even give them one star, they take forever to deliver and every time the order is wrong !!!

Bad Service 👎🏼

I’ve paid for my order by Apple Pay. My order was not delivered and I can’t talk to the customer service since they closed the conversation after keeping waiting for 2 hours.

Don’t waste your money and time.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service.. I made an order from the grocery unfortunately when they delivered my stuff most of the order was wrong and a lot of the stuff was missing and I still didn’t get my money for the missing stuff ... I’ve been emailing the customer service and I didn’t get any answer from them.

Expect to not receive your order completely

For the second times I received my order not complete, customer service they didn’t respond and no refund for the missing order. Moreover they are always late plus they charge you for delivery the double compared with other well known applications.
It’s a waist for your time and money.

Waste of time

So buggy and user unfriendly. Then when I can finally get an order in, it cancels my order and then says it will refund my money in 14 days. Uber refunds immediately. Nothing was exchanged except for my patience and time for nothing. Please return my money in order to not be a thief as well.
