Safety concern
The driver was not fully focused on the road and was texting constantly while driving. I am writing this review as constructive feedback and to encourage her to be more cautious and attentive for the safety of her passengers
Cash demanding
I tried to request a ride the girls decline the order demanding cash only
Another user using my number
Another person is booking rides using my number, when i filed a complaint they offered no solution! Such a situation should be taken seriously and resolved immediately!

Bad
Fair is too expensive and drives keep refusing to be paid by wallet, I don’t always have cash and I don’t want to transfer money to strangers all the time. They refuse wallet because if the payment was done by wallet they will have to wait for like a month or more to get their money, as a customer I shouldn’t even know that, it’s not my problem, this app should fix their problems with their drivers.

Form customer it’s good for driver it is bad
Form customer it’s good for driver it is bad several drivers complied that they don’t get paid right away there is a 2 weeks gap in payments which make sit hard to find a drive that accepted my orders.
