The App not the service.
The bus service has been between very good and phenomenal for the 7 years we have used it. The app however is hot garbage. Always down or incorrect. I only use it when absolutely necessary.
Inaccurate, no way to contact
App does no good when driver doesn’t activate tracking in the bus. On top of that, the bus is habitually 15-20 min late. And finally, all this would be much appreciated if the app allowed messaging so that the bus company can let us know when bus is running late and we can contact them when there is a problem.
