Worst app ever
Have to wait for one-minute entry loading to open the app every time; could not find any nearby stores even though I already saw one on the app’s map. Worst app ever.
Not very accommodating
Tried to place an order via the app. Manual credit card numbers only. No Apple Pay. Yikes in 2026. Ok. Fine. Try signing up. Will not accept my Google Voice number. Yikes. Heading to Molly. This is too much for me.
Unable to process order
It keeps showing IP address is greater than configured amount. All of my friends had this issue. Fixed it please!

Not letting me save info
It keeps telling me to add a birth month and zip code and when I do it won’t let me save.
Can’t Input City
Can’t input city for account setting even though it keeps annoyingly spamming it in your face to input your city. My partner had this issue too.
Cannot redeem reward
There no way of redeeming your reward. Tried customer service and never got a response.

Bug filled app, often stalls at placing orders + won’t go through at the final step. Constantly resets card info, favorite location, favorite drink info.
I hope they fix it because its more convenient yo order for pick up and easier on the employees too I think.
THAT said, WUSHILAND rewards are the BEST! Oolong tea is strong and DELICIOUS! Their new Matcha drinks are YUM! Mini pearls are always fresh. Grapefruit drink is refreshing. Ive never been disappointed coming here taste wise and their employees work hard! San Gabriel location ftw.

Once you make a account that’s it
You can’t change ,email , number, or name. Can only change the zip code which is not relevant when geo location auto detects already
Needs to be useful as an app
Barely a reskinned webpage; hard to use as an app. It really needs to support AppleWallet and make it easier to use & pay. Starbucks app has set the watermark for these apps

Unable to Redeem Reward Points and Access App Support
I downloaded the app to track my orders and easily redeem reward points. However, I unable to redeem my reward points for my last two visits. Rep unable to help me. Also, the “Help and Feedback” button within the app isn’t working, so I’m unable to raise this issue directly. What’s the use in accumulating reward points when I unable to redeem it.

Issues with saving info
Can’t save city in profile, so all the other required info that can be imputed can’t be saved. At least the account is earning points.
Invalid Credentials
It won’t let me log in and it also won’t reset my password
Password Reset Performance
Unable to effectively reset my password since there’s a delay in sending the password to phone number which is expired by the time it’s sent.
Fix save issues
Please fix the issue where the app doesn’t save favorited locations, drinks, and card info. Someone else has mentioned this too and I’m having the same problems, where the app will remember the information for about a week and then wipe it clean afterwards. It does save your points though, at least.

Takes forever for the menu to show up. Check out process takes long time for no reason
