Not your best

Wynns has a lazy app that really needs a major upgrade!! They don’t let your withdraw via debit card like some of the others ones and online Banking takes way to long to receive your money!! They have a PayPal option but it’s a glitch in that doesn’t allow me to deposit on there. 2nd they let you accumulate chips that at a certain amount u can spin for free spins or odd boost but it never lands on it. It will land on some jets free football crap or drawings for something else you never win. It’s horrible and promotions they only really offer when u sign up. After that it’s really crappy. U have to reach out and plead for them to give you hidden bonuses. That’s not rite!!

Scam

This app takes your money. It allows you to deposit with your debit card, but when you win. it does not allow you to withdrawal. I had won $200 and I had to play it to loose it because I couldn’t withdrawl. I tried to withdraw with ever option they offer only for them to cancel with some lame excuse. Had to replay the money that I won only to loose it. Support services are also lame. They will only repeat themselves and offer the same solutions that you have tried…..Smooth scam!!!! Reporting this game to better business bureau.

Piece of CRAP!!

Constant lags, kicks you out of games all the time and “blocks” you randomly. Every time I place high bets (over $10) the app lags and kicks me out of the slots games. When I wager anything below $3, it miraculously runs quite smoothly and Ofcourse the bonus games don’t pay anything. I get no bonus games on high bets but will definitely get blocked for no reason. Stay clear of this app. You’re better off going on top of a hill and throwing all your money to the wind. There’s a very high chance the wind will blow some of that money to someone in need because Wynbett will take your money and never give you any good bonus games. Stay warned! There’s a reason they have such a low rating among users.

Discriminating Casino; Would NOT recommend!!!!

Tried to sign up. Uploaded sensitive information just to be told I couldn’t get an account established. When I asked why I was told they can’t tell me why. Funny because the same documents I uploaded to them I also uploaded to MULTIPLE casinos to create my account and I NEVER had an issue with anyone else besides this casino. Why is that I wonder??? I definitely feel discriminated against and am not pleased. It would have been better if someone could give me a reason as to why my information was denied however they couldn’t give one and didn’t want to even attempt to help me figure that out. Wynn STOLE 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT BALANCE, just like that they simply deducted it from my account balance!! When confronted they claimed because I made a charge back, they gave me the last 4 of the card and date they claimed I disputed and said it was a TD card, I do not even have a Td bank or credit card nor do i have any debit or credit ending in those numbers and as plain and clearly obvious in my transaction history no deposits were made on the date they claimed!! Customer service was arrogant and evasive and told me they would email me and never did.

Shady rip-off

Signed up for this because they offered a promo of 100% deposit match. What they don’t tell you is that you have a 10x wager requirement before you can get even use that bonus. So if you deposit $1,000, you have to bet $10,000 before you get ANY bonus, and you only get 10 days to do it or you lose it. So it’s like a timed 10% bonus… and never got my bonus spins. Black card member

I want to love this app. I love the Wynn and have been a black card member for years, I truly love to gamble and am fortunate to be able to afford to but this app crashes many times a day, many games don’t work at all and bonuses are abysmal (think 20 dollars when you play 2000!) Very disappointing

Update- I received the below response from the developer but my experience worsened to the extreme. Customer support is non-existent. Take your business to any other the wonderful other betting apps and avoid this at all costs.

Slots barely pay out and I played a lot, and do not get me started about the live dealer blackjack it may be worse than electronic - the dealer rarely busts. Take your money to a casino in person, apps are all sus.

Not a scam people

I had no issue getting $50 free bet bonus with the $20 intro bet. Worked great for me. The fine print wording at the bottom is a typo error that said $100 minimum bet required I already addressed support on that issue. It works 20 for 50.

Honestly can’t believe what a scam this Sportsbook is. They’re big promotion to bet 20 and get 50 casino and 50 sportsbook is a trap. The 50 casino bonus can only be accessed after spending 500 of YOUR OWN money. That is not the way it is advertised at all. Reporting to bbb for fraud

Great App

I usually play slots and this app is by far the best casino app out there. Tons of options for slots, generous bonuses, no issue with withdrawals and you can actually win on this app…doesn’t feel like a money grab and payouts are fair most of the time. Customer service actually responds back to me it in a timely matter unlike other casino apps..

Danger! Promo lies! Scammers!

Supposed to get 300 free spins. Only got 10. Called support and got 10 more. That's only 20 not 300. Also 100% match is a scam! They don't let you play any bonus money. You have to meet 10x wagering requirements on your original deposit before you can use the deposit match bonus money. They state the bonus or bonus winnings will be converted to cash after the 10x wagering is met. That makes sense and this is how other
Programs work at other casinos. However that Is not the practice and is extremely misleading. If you can't use the bonus match to play how could you have bonus winnings?Every other casino with a bonus deposit match allows u to use the deposit match while u work towards meeting the betting requirement. I selected this casino because of 10x play through. I would NOT have joined if I knew the backward deposit match rules. Shame on you Wynn! I will never visit your casino again.

Please read the fine print. Waste of time. Customer service wasn’t very pleasant, Kelly the “manager” wasn’t great. Usually don’t write reviews about casinos but had to put my two cents in . Stay away from the place, plus the games crash and basically lose your money. If I could give this so call app a one star I would. Thanks Craig Billings!

Excellent service and huge limits!

Consistently the best safest gaming app around. Backed by the best casino in Las Vegas the service is outstanding.
On sports I can get 10x limits Fan Duel or Draft Kings will allow. They even have biggest live dealer limits I have seen anywhere in NJ online and also have Live Baccarat tables which you don’t see everywhere.
Lastly the service level and customer service is the best out there - they always have someone on hand to help right away.
Unlike FanDuel & Draftkings where my account was hacked and I lost all my funds and they will not help!

Horrible

Where do I begin. I was playing a slot and won a feature. After accumulating some winnings, I was kicked out of the game for “Technical Error”. Now I am unable to finish the bonus. And would you believe this is the second time. Shame on me. And the customer service departments all tell me they have to wait to hear from the game developer. Basically pushing off all responsibility. Beware.

Scam- DO NOT BET WITH THIS APP

I deposited $110 and the advertisement says that Wynbet was going to match 100%, my balance shows that WynnBET matched my deposit showing I have $220 available. As soon as I used my deposit I could not play anymore slot machines telling me I have to add funds. I contacted support and was told that I have to bet 10 times my deposit to get the Wynbet money matched. So I have to deposit and play $1,100 before I have the $110 matched. I have played several other online casinos and when they say they are going to match 100%.. they match 100%. Yes they make you play with your money first but as soon as you do, the matched money is released.. use another casino.. bet rivers is great… stay away from Wynbet. It’s not worth it.
