Broken Suspension loop / hacked account Glitch
The app is completely broken for users dealing with account security. My account was compromised, changed my profile picture and changed my username handle completely. Then they suspended me for “inauthentic behaviour”. X sends me an automated email telling me to log in and “complete the onscreen instructions” to restore functionality, but the app is stuck in a technical loop. No one screen instructions pop up at all and you can’t even check if anyone has accessed your account due to it being suspended. And u can even deactivate it too. It’s embarrassing and I hope there’s someone that can help me and others.

Unfair prize distribution
I am aware that very few large prizes come to Northern Ireland. My husband purchased the largest amount of premium Bonds years ago and very seldom won more than £50. He sadly passed away 5 years ago and I occasionally receive a hundred pounds. I see where people owning very few bonds but live in England are awarded thousands, This happens regularly. The system should be fairer.I am still very glad to own premium bonds and maybe some day we in Northern Ireland might be winners. Best wishes hopeful bond owner.

It’s like every other day the developers are testing how much worse they can make the app. The search function is basically useless now, the constant moving of features, and now recently the removal of photo collages for an ugly scroll wheel. Stop trying to fix what isn’t broken.
