The video autoscrolls once a video reaches its end and whats next could be a family annihilation. This app used to be useable, and now it’s mostly AI generated content, with AI generated responses. You’re bound to have a negative experience with this app because it was optimized to be this way. And it also offers a paid subscription. Unfortunately this app is the one place where you can find people just spilling their thoughts mindlessly so theres value to be found there. I use the app for basketball discussion, all low brow low quality slop debate bs the people on this app are miserable its not worth it for anything

Buggy app with a customer service line that has no human presence
I was suspended for no reason. Sent an appeal, got an automated AI generated response stating that I have to log in and complete some “on-screen instructions” to restore full functionality, but nothing appears whenever I log in on the app or website. Wish they would go back to having humans assisting you regarding issues

Hello X Support Team, I am writing to formally appeal the suspension of my account, @MrBigNutsXXX 9/3/26, which I believe was triggered in error by an automated safety filter.
To the best of my knowledge, my account has not violated X's Terms of Service or Rules. You didn't tell me which violation of rules took place in the email sent it was blank. I used the automation app TweetHunter to automate my account because I receive a lot of messages, if that caused me to be suspended I apologize and will not use the app EVER AGAIN! I use this account responsibly for professional and personal communication, and l am fully committed to adhering to all platform guidelines. If any past post or activity was flagged, it was entirely unintentional and misinterpreted by the automated system. Could you please have a human reviewer re-examine my account status? I was just trying to watch a video someone wanted me to see. The x app ad starts hi jacking me to the App Store every time I try to watch the stupid video. So I put the stupid x app on my phone.

I followed maybe 10 or so people before I was hit with the restriction ban. That’s not even remotely spam!
So I bought a subscription thinking it might help, it says it’ll give you more reach, right?
Nope! Doesn’t matter, still restricted! No one can see your account and it’s hidden.
Ok, well I’ll just lie low? I did nothing for a month anddddd still restricted! I contacted support — they just shrugged.
I post thoughtful, quality content. I engage carefully and do not spam like, follow, etc. to date I still don’t understand why my account which followed all the rules and wasn’t anywhere NEAR being considered spam got restricted (love that I didn’t get a warning either! I just deduced it on my own)
So you can do everything right on this site and get restricted at random for ZERO reason at all, staff will just say “oops, sorry but I can’t help you” and it’ll last for months. You can’t make a new one or that one will get restricted, too. There’s just literally nothing you can do.
Use at your own risk, and beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a restriction on my account, why?
For some reason I have a restriction on my account for about a week where I can’t reply to posts. I got a message about it, but zero explanation as to why. And my messages to X support go unanswered. What is going on? Can ANYONE give me some info?

You can stay on top of the news, in a way, and there’s a lot of fun content catered to you. LOTS. It can hook you. But there can be things to learn, people to meet, ideas to get: that is what’s valuable about this app. There’s some potential. But man, can it be a wasteland, man.
Fix Your Blocking System!
I keep running into random nobodies on my feeds. That blocked me for no reason. I shouldn’t have to keep seeing that every few days and weeks. It’s very frustrating and annoying to deal with.
I even block, mute, and reported them multiple times. And that still won’t work. So what I’m asking is please fix your block system to where you use block someone and they go away forever.

Gotta love a platform that suspends accounts for “inauthentic behavior” without providing any evidence. Meanwhile, said platform lets people who actually do harm stay despite reports. Said platform also lets actual bots roam. But then again, of course they would, since every appeal I’ve sent is automatically rejected by… you guessed it… a bot. I’m believed to be not human, but do you have any actual human workers who read these appeals? This hellish app is run unprofessionally. I’d say do better, but then again, why would a platform owned by Elon Musk do that? You CAN improve, but “X” chooses not to. Failure of a website.
