My account has been hijacked over 2 mos
Someone hijacked my X acct in mid-May, and I have contacted X 15 TIMES with no resolution. I can’t log in, and the acct is suspended. I’ve been verified (am a paying customer!) since 2019.

I'm all for free speech but these thieves will suspend your account then charge your card every year for a subscription. You literally have to be able to log into your account to cancel your subscription.
Feed sucks. Muted words don't mute. Shows tiniest irrelevant accounts. Ridiculously repetitive content. I've spent time trying to train the algo but it's wasted time. And Grok is so incredibly inaccurate it's a waste to pay for it. It can't follow the simplest instructions or do simple math that a second grader could follow/do. 98% inaccurate. The human race is doomed if AI is our future.

Mass Suspension
X has started mass suspending users who are actually humans. I got my account suspended twice for “inauthentic behavior@ and appealing it doesn’t even work: just getting another automatic email saying just follow the instructions to unlock your account. News flash! There is no instructions and now I am in an appeal loop trying to get my account unsuspended.

Huge bug! 1) When adding a bookmark to a folder, it cannot display all my folders; 2) Cannot add a bookmark to multiple folders at the same time!
Loved it until I was banned by AI for no reason
I rarely ever even post on X but was permanently banned without warning without even posting anything in the last few months for “inauthentic behavior.” Appeals only go to to AI and are immediately denied.

like genuinely what is this. the app has BEEN ruined for a while now but i think the picture layout now being a left-to-right scroll is honestly the worst possible thing you could have done. it makes the app unpleasant looking, tweets look choppy, just overall terrible. on top of that, retweets now being seperate is the most unhelpful thing ever. what use is there to retweeting now? bring back the way picture tweets were displayed and retweets on people's profiles. just bring back the old app.

Q&A Marathon
Had to give it up. Initially, I enjoyed the latest on politics and the opinions of viewers, but, then it became one poll after another, same questions, same responses and poll results, nothing new or enlightening. One more thing was that many posts were offensive beyond what is “socially acceptable”. I’m by no means an angel and I can occasionally let a bad word or two slip. But some of the posts are nothing but offensive foul language and hyperbole. So, those are my thoughts. I hope one day it will become the informative and intellectual exchange it formerly was.
