This app is unworkable
Horrible app. Doesn’t load up properly, doesn’t input data properly. I’d have grave concerns sending my child to a centre that refuses to use good quality apps to communicate
Unnecessary details are asked that compromise your privacy
App is asking way more unnecessary details that too as a mandatory like religion, culture, court order, at home or not home. These raise serious concerns about App safety! One hack and the app is a recipe for a disaster waiting to happen where millions of children data can be leaked! If the day care has been already provided woth such information and centrelink then why the App is requesting these information and why???

Why are centres signing up for this?
Constantly being logged out of the app so not notified of events and can’t see what’s happening for my child in real time - which is precisely the purpose of this app. Oh and even their “contact support” section on their website doesn’t work!
No signal??
I am on full bar 5G or sometimes with strong wifi. It won’t log me on by saying “please check your connection”.

The app is so glitchy. Feel sad my son’s school has selected such glitchy app.
