How have you guys (the biggest energy provider in the entire Western US making 37+ billion last year) not able to put out an app for MONTHS on end. You guys are a joke.

Can not even sign in after the update. I also had to remove the app and install it again to even get the update.

A waste of a redesign
The app doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked since they started their ‘redesign’. The main website redesign was done extremely poorly as well. The previous iterations worked without issue. Everything takes longer to load when it does work and there is less actual control over your account. Glad to know the money that could have been spent on environmental progress went into this colossal waste of an endeavor.

Does it Work at All?
Don’t know if it’s still in progression and installment state for the new app. Inserted my details for the login but yet still doesn’t work! Don’t know what’s wrong with it! Needs adequate improvement and service quality!
