Your new update sucks FIX IT
I have used this app for many years as it is awesome BUT your new version is too glitchy, you tap on a currency to convert and most of the time the damn thing wont let you edit the numbers. FIX IT
Update is a total mess
Used this app for years & it’s always been brilliant. Latest update is a disaster. Can’t select currency pairs, when you search for GBP or USD it can’t find them… 99% of users have this app to do quick conversions & this update makes it 4x slower. What was a clean & intuitive app is now it’s a total mess.

New interface sucks
The app has gone completely over to trading and the interface is now useless has a currency conversion tool
Starting to become flakey..
I’ve used this App for 6 years now transferred around £100k and up to several months ago it had always been perfect.. now not so. It constantly hangs and is so much slower than it used to be twice locking me out a d reserving funds with my bank for a week.
Seems I need to start looking around again 😕

WORST. New update this August 2026
Not good. When I open the apps I have to wait more than 1 minutes loading. The old version was much, much better. I regret the new version update.
New update interface not good
It’s not functional on different devices where the previous one worked perfectly. Please bring back the old interface or fix this one.
Now useless as a converter
Atrocious “upgrade” if you used it as a converter
Previous UX & UI were brilliant for comparing and converting currencies. Now it’s useless for it.
I get that the owners might want to change it to be more transfer focused as it generates revenue but there’s better apps for that too. Just all round shambles. Deleting

Widget is gone and ruined a perfect app.. 🤷🏽♂️
It’s 2026 how is this even possible to not have a widget option!? 🤦🏽♂️
Also the latest update ruined what was a perfectly functioning app!
Why revert to a homepage each time you open instead of the converter which is the entire point of having the app in the first place!?!? 🤦🏽♂️

New update & redesign is garbage
With the new redesign, there are buttons in the way of viewing the currency, when you try to click out of the area to get those to move out of the way then you inadvertently click a different button that sends you to a whole different screen. Who designed this trash??
Why the change
I have used this app for many years. They just recently did an update and I hate it. I really don’t like this app any longer, what a pain to use now. Put it back the way it was.
Not useful anymore
I uninstalled a program I had been using for years because they removed the Russian ruble conversion feature.
Not keen on updates
Latest update doesn’t allow Converter screen to be the default as previously - to cumbersome to keep changing it 20 times a day.
Really not happy that every time I do an express transfer on a Friday - supposed to only take hours - ends up arriving on Monday! Dreadful…

Hate new version. Bloatware. NOW USELESS
Useless now!!
Another new version. What happened? More bloat, less functionality. The old feature don’t work, looks horrible, now so painful I’m done. Have used for years and this is now junk. I just want the info simple. Now wasted space to try to look good and be ‘modern’. No one cares. The recent reviews show the same thing, people don’t like the new one. Bring back the old.

I have two phones, one on older iOS. It wouldn't update, quite happily. The new version is all bloaty and fluff and blah. Harder to find things, less intuitive, just turns me off. I use my old phone to use the XE app.
Also, when starting the new app it won't even give me the latest rates. My old phone does always right away. The new app I have to wait a minute for it to update. Manually trying to update, it says I have the current rate and the timer continues. Yet clearly doesn't as it shows the date and time from maybe days ago when I last waited for the app. Faster to get my old phone.
I'd say major downgrade across the board with this app.
Bring back the old interface.

The update to the app is horrible. It worked and was so much easier to use before. It was my favorite exchange app. I used it a lot! Change it back!
This new update is a MESS!!!
Who really authorised this? This new update is ridiculous.. you used to have the best app in the world, but now it’s a complete mess. Change is back !
Awful update
This is a terrible update, they’ve made a great app horrible, they said they made it faster but it is actually slower to do anything. I could see the currencies I wanted as soon as I opened the app, now I always have to click to another screen. To see the charts I could just tap the three dots besides the currency I’m interested in now I have to select charts then select the correct currencies. I can’t even show bitcoin in the charts even though I can see the current price. This is so much slower and worse. I used to love this app.

Update makes it useless
Used to be a great app that I used regularly now it’s useless and makes me go through multiple steps just to get a conversion. I will be changing to a different app.
New update
New update is just terrible bad
Pushes money transfer now
Previous version was very clear to see conversion rates and charts. Now Money Transfers are in your face. Cannot easily view all rates.
