Charged too much
Was quoted £8.50 on the app and then told it was £9.50 when I got dropped off. Will use UBER from now on plus they are quicker
Terrible after 4pm
Drivers can cancel anytime they want and and the tracker doesn’t work properly! Need fixing ASAP!

Took money out of my account
Took money from my account without permission and hasn’t put it back... only £1.01 but not the point... I have now deleted it and won’t be using it again, it’s rather disappointing when the app is raved about over texts when you use the company, it’s a shame cus it’s a good taxi firm but the app is terrible
