Waiting for the phone to be answered
I’ve been with XLN for some years and of late trying to get through to non sales departments has progressively got worse.
XLN are not alone in this issue by any means. The issue needs to be addressed with some urgency say using technology perhaps informing the caller of their place in the queue.
Too often after “hanging on” for over 30 minutes, I’ve redialled and got through within five minutes!!!

Bad service
I have waited for an hour, no one picked up the phone. and when i chat on the app, no one there to answer, wait 20 minutes just for someone to answer nothing about the question and end the chat i have been waiting!??
Rubbish on every level !!
