처음 리뷰에는 구독 활성화 관련으로 문제가 있어 리뷰를 달았으나 현재는 본사와의 이메일, 애플 앱스토어 환불 후 인앱 재구독으로 해결되었습니다. 글로벌 계정 이용자는 인앱으로 결제하셔야하며 앱스토어를 통해 다른 요금제를 구독하면 결제만되고 활성화가 되지 않으니 참고하시길 바랍니다. 앱스토어에 나오는 요금제는 홍콩?계정 요금제라고합니다
Can’t get ahold of support
I’ve been trying to get ahold of support to get a refund as I did not mean to get the annual subscription but they are not answering me

Hi Matt, So sorry for the delay and the frustration here! If we missed your previous message, that’s completely on us. Just to be upfront, Apple handles all App Store billing directly, so developers actually don't have a "refund" button on our end. You can request your refund directly from Apple with these quick steps: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com Sign in with your Apple ID and select Request a refund. Здравствуйте! Xmind можно использовать бесплатно: вы можете без ограничений создавать карты, редактировать структы и экспортировать их. Окно подписки можно просто закрыть, нажав на крестик в углу. Подписка нужна только для AI и премиум-фич.
