No refund , their fault
They are not replying to the emails. The machines are not working. You recharge the wallet and the keep the money. Thats the basic working of the app. No reply on the customer care.

I witnessed the best customer service and experience. I have been using the Xobolt services from last a few months. The charger is well maintained and placed at the convenient locations. I was using one of their chargers at Rohtak and somehow the charging got stopped, I quickly got a call to understand if I am facing an issue or need some assistance. The team member helped me on the phone itself. Wishing Xobolt best of luck for expansion. Will be delighted to see the expansion towards Bhiwani, Haryana as well.
