Version 3.0 is coming along nicely!
We switched over from FareHarbor which has a solid high functioning (albeit cold and intimidating) mobile app. After the buyout FareHarbor lost its way and sold out its loyal clients to optimize for profits.
We evaluated many reservation tech providers and most didn’t have any iOS app, and of those that did it was usually badly outdated and useless junk. Xola seems to be making big strides in their app this year and we appreciate the attention it’s been given. New features and refinements. Please don’t stop perfecting it! A mobile app is a must for our guides, we won’t even consider a res tech that doesn’t have an iOS app. I won’t say the app is 5 stars just yet, but the effort given this year has been and it really is one of the best (albeit few) mobile apps out there for res tech. It is on its way to becoming a 5 star app at a time when most providers aren’t even trying.
I’m just surprised nobody has done any reviews in the 6 months since version 3.0 came out. Keep up the good work and progress, it’s noticed and appreciated.

Way better than before
The app is much improved since the new release with more functionality being added seemingly weekly.
New update
The new update released broke the app. So dumb uses to be great now it’s pretty much hot garbage
Bookings will NOT always show in app
Often times I will have to check the app, see no bookings, check on my phone’s browser and see several.
The app is not reliable for its primary purpose- showing what bookings you have.
Defeats the purpose of having the app if I have to check it elsewhere every single time I look at the app.

Never works properly
I can honestly say this app never works. Unfortunately my company uses it so as a tour guide I have to too. It never allows me to check guests in and as a result I am often not paid. I hate it and wish my company would change to another app.
Glitchy and needs to be reloaded constantly
iOS version won’t update in real-time (Android seems to, but that doesn’t help us Apple users) you have to close and reopen the app. Bookings sometimes do not show up unless you close and reopen the app.
Lots of my employees get locked out of features they should be able to access and they have to delete and reinstall the app (some of the less-industrious ones sometimes skip checking waivers because it’s such a pain, so hopefully my company doesn’t end up getting sued)

Mauvaise application mieux vaut utiliser la version internet safari
Trop de bug, ne se met pas à jour avec les serveurs avant 3 jours, vraiment lente (probablement un mauvais code) cette application me fait faire des erreurs que nos agentes admins doivent corriger régulièrement. Ou bien me donne les
Mauvaises informations clients et impossible de voir plus loin que dans 2 jours sans risquer d'annuler des rendez-vous.
De plus, les notes que les agents font à la réservation sont cachées, et cette app ne donne pas accès au détails clients, comme avec la version web (sur safari par exemple)
Je vais l'effacer.

When it works, its great but that’s not consistent
Xola data downloads stall on my I-phone about every two weeks. There is no cure except to remove the ap and reinstall.

Not good at all
The “designed for mobile” app is far worse than just pulling up a web browser and going to the website. The format is terrible - can never see the full page of bookings, can’t turn my phone sideways to see better, struggles to load. Seems worse than the last version, which was also really bad.
Can not take Bookings from affiliates using their code.

Run As Far As You Can!
Do NOT trust your business with this software. The migration alone is not streamline. They love to give false promises and evade when issues, glitches or mishandling is reported. Hate your booking software? They will seem like a dream after the disaster Xola will bring to your online business.

When will you listen to your customers?
This app is not user-friendly. The App force closes itself constantly. There is no notification system other then email. This app will do bare minimum on options for cancellations, movement, ect. The Customer service department is nearly nonexistent. The merchant app is no better.

Awesome App
Makes it super easy to run my pedal powered business, shout-out to the team working on on mobile dev!
Notifications needed
On my first booking I was late getting my customer their items ready, this was because I only got an email notification of the booking. Customers get a sms option for notifications. We too should get those to be notified ASAP or have the app send a booking notification as well. We need one or the other to be prepared for our customers. Otherwise I’ll be switching services.
