Ich nutze Xplori mit weltweitem Guthaben seit einigen Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Funktioniert zuverlässig. Sollte doch mal ein Problem auftauchen, wird einem durch den Support via email oder WhatsApp rasch mit freundlicher Kompetenz geholfen.

Good Helpline bad service evry ios update.
As I travel for work worldwide I can say it worked in every country I’ve been until now.
I received a good support from the helpline when I changed device, but anytime one has a ios update problema come up….unbearable…better get Holafly.

Unfortunately since yesterday’s update the app is no longer starting on my phone, innozjer words is not usable anymore.
Since years I’m using Xplori and always happy. I work as aircrew and get around a lot. Their connectivity, prices and customer service is outstanding, you’ re getting reply in no time and good solutions, for example my SIM got replaced one time (in like 9 years I’m customer). And now I switch to eSIM, without any hassle. Thank you for a reliable service and your great Team!!

Habe mir die esim auf Empfehlung eines Kollegen gekauft. Ich bin Stewardess und viel auf der Langstrecke unterwegs. Ich hatte noch nirgends Verbindungsprobleme und die Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern super. Damals gab es noch eine kostenlose Telefonnummer dazu was ich auch genial finde. Man ist wirklich überall erreichbar und hat immer Kontakt mit zu Hause. Ich habe Xplori auch schon sehr oft meinen Kollegen empfohlen. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten beim Wechsel meines Handys und der Kundenservice hat alle Probleme beseitigt und sehr schnell geholfen.

Es hate ewig gedauert bis die erste eSiM funktioniert hat. Da war ich schon längst zuhause und hatte bei einem anderen Anbieter gekauft.
Nun will ich die eSIM auf einem neuen Handy installieren. Nach der 2.Mail ans Help Desk bekomme ich dann Antwort. Ich dürfte gern erst noch mein Guthaben verwenden, das sie mir damals aus Kulanzgründen aufgebucht hätten. Äh, nein, geht ohne verbundene ESim nicht!?
Der 2.Tipp: ich soll mir doch ein neues Datenvolumen fürs neue Handy kaufen…
App wird gelöscht. Auf nimmer Wiedersehen.
