Matagal mag book Minsan nga wala kang ma book na rider which is very inconvenient ng app na Ito gamitin hirap maka locate na rider please paki improved ng app nyo and looking forward sa update and service

Was about to use the app but when i insert my pick-up and drop-off, the route is very far which makes the fare high. That’s very dumb

Biometrics nonfunctional & student discount not applicable when paying by card

Turning on biometric authentication in Settings doesn’t do anything. Navigating away from and going back to Settings shows the toggle as disabled despite having turned it on. Also, special discounts aren’t honored when paying by card.
