CANNOT FIND DRIVER
This has been in Bataan for many months now still not working! Cant find drivers.

Matagal mag book Minsan nga wala kang ma book na rider which is very inconvenient ng app na Ito gamitin hirap maka locate na rider please paki improved ng app nyo and looking forward sa update and service
Bad navigation
Was about to use the app but when i insert my pick-up and drop-off, the route is very far which makes the fare high. That’s very dumb
Biometrics nonfunctional & student discount not applicable when paying by card
Turning on biometric authentication in Settings doesn’t do anything. Navigating away from and going back to Settings shows the toggle as disabled despite having turned it on. Also, special discounts aren’t honored when paying by card.

System is nuuuts!
This app is nuts! It charged me twice for three times already saying that my account has insuffucient balance so I ended paying cash. BUUUUT THEY STILL CHARGED MY MAYA ACCOUNT AFTER!! Also, they tag the ride as cancelled, but again, CHARGED TWICE TO MY MAYA ACCOUNT! I tried to report this incident to them but guess what? They refuse to provide me my refund without asking for personal info!! As if they need my personal identification just to reverse those payments they charged for a cancelled ride!! Nuuuuts! Already charged me more than 500bucks in extraaa for all those rides!!!

Use Green GSM instead
Needs a lot of improvement. App makes the whole phone lag when in use. Close the app and the phone works perfectly again.

Roughly 2 hours no one is getting the EV or the motor. Waste of time.

Buttons not working
Nothing happened when I tap Submit after adding my cc details. I also tried submitting a ticket but again the Submit button doesn’t work. There’s no option to save addresses as well.

Driver cancelled the trip
I was willing to try this MCtaxi app. After waiting for 5 minutes, finally nakabook ako ng trip. The rider messaged me “Kumkain papo ako.. kakapAhinga lang po” . Not enough riders
Only booked on this app once during their launch, other than that, can’t book anymore. Will uninstall.
NO CASH PAYMENT METHOD
I want to try booking with your app but it does not allow cash payments. I would not like to share my card details or bank details if I have not proven yet that the service is secure and reliable. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Hope you take this as a tip if you want to stay in the ride-hailing industry
