Awful app and hardware
The app is just as bad as the hardware—unreliable, buggy, and frustrating. Features randomly fail, and even updating the firmware is practically impossible.
A smart lock should make life easier, not turn unlocking your door or installing a basic firmware update into a project. When both the app and hardware are this unreliable, the whole product is pointless. Definitely not recommended.

couldnt setup my door lock because my wifi wasn't the 2.4
Unable to show correct lock status
This is a pretty big bug. The app always shows my lock is unlocked even when it is now, and refreshing the screen by pulling doesn’t help with getting the correct status. I had to click the settings button (the gear button) then to device info, and wait for the app to refresh device time, and then exit to the main screen, and this somehow helps the app to get the correct status of the clock. I think you guys need to get this fixed.

Auto Unlock doesn’t work in the app
App overall works pretty well and is easy to use but the Auto Unlock feature doesn’t work for me. The home and away modes don’t activate correctly and doesn’t work correctly most of the time.

New Name of app not good
Don’t use the app that much as the lock just works good. When I go to use the app though I can never find it because I Can never remember the name of the app as the name has no relation that I can think of to the brand of the lock, Ultraloq.

Unreliable home safety
This is my first app review though I’ve had an iPhone for a long long time. The app for the lock just does not work well. It keeps disconnecting. There is no scheduling feature (eg you cannot automatically lock the door at midnight as a piece of mind). You will waste a lot of your time with the app, the locks, the bridges. The Alexa skill is totally unreliable. Just look online at users’ forums. A malfunctioning app means your house is left unlocked when you thought it was locked.

Auto unlocked doesn't work
Auto unlock worked flawlessly until the latest update/firmware update… now I can't get it to work at all… I disabled it deleted the app reinstalled it and now I can't get it to connect to set up the auto unlocked says the connection failed also deleted the lock from my app and now I can't re-add it.. factory reset to no avail.. this is getting worse by the moment HELP

I use the lock for month without an issue, when I update a new update the apps start crash. And can’t revise the old app

Works but has bugs
The deadbolt widget is one of my favorite features but it will randomly stop working. The only way I have found to fix is to delete the lock from the app and reconnect it. Not the end of the world but kind of annoying if that’s your favorite feature like me
App crashes
App crashes immediately after signing up and logging into my account.

The app doesn’t always work 100% of the time. Sometimes when using it will give a failed to connect to server or unable to get token error message
