App never works, crashes. Its like a teenager built it 1998. Sheer garbage
Date Filters
I wish the app could set the filters for the long term. So when I open the app, I don’t have to change the date filters back to whatever days or months everytime I get on.
App is Absolute Trash

App not opening / crashes
As soon as I click on the app, I get a white screen followed by the app crashing.
Steps taken to attempt to resolve the issue:
- uninstalled and reinstalled
- reset device
- checked for software update
No luck - please invest some time and money to make sure you have an operating IOS application that actually works!

Update 1:
Called customer service and spoke to a Desirae, she stated “you must wipe your phone and download the app again in order for it to work”. This is absurd- I never had an issue with an app that I must wipe my phone clean in order to use an app!

Still no fix, I.T. Contacted me stating I should consider using the web portal instead of the app....
Steps taken to attempt to resolve the issue:
