App never works, crashes. Its like a teenager built it 1998. Sheer garbage
Date Filters
I wish the app could set the filters for the long term. So when I open the app, I don’t have to change the date filters back to whatever days or months everytime I get on.

App not opening / crashes
As soon as I click on the app, I get a white screen followed by the app crashing.
Steps taken to attempt to resolve the issue:
- uninstalled and reinstalled
- reset device
- checked for software update
No luck - please invest some time and money to make sure you have an operating IOS application that actually works!

Update 1:
Called customer service and spoke to a Desirae, she stated “you must wipe your phone and download the app again in order for it to work”. This is absurd- I never had an issue with an app that I must wipe my phone clean in order to use an app!

Still no fix, I.T. Contacted me stating I should consider using the web portal instead of the app....

App doesnt work
This app doesnt currently work with iphone 11. the phone was hard reset as per the app admin and app still does not work. can some one please send out an update.

The app worked up until the latest update now it will not open.

Stick with the web based version. We just got a notice to update the app and I can only see 7 days out and the filter doesn’t work other than to lock up the app.
Horrible Application - 2019 More like 1985
Seems like a company more interested in profits than worrying about overall customer experience.
Application is prehistoric - have they even updated their application since the new update to any phone’s platform from 2017.
Maybe their research and development is on vacation.

Can’t log in on app
I am able to sign into my Xtra Duty account on my computer but cannot sign in on this app, furthermore the app offers zero help in fixing my issue.
