All unprofessional drivers
It was my first ride. I ordered a ride. The driver went in other direction, to make it worst, they charged me before the ride.

Dear Darrel, we apologize for the inconvenience caused on that day but the weather was super bad due to the rain and it was peak hours when you ordered your ride. We have spoken to the driver and he confirmed that he was trying to escape traffic in order to reach to you twice but you cancelled the rides. And regarding the payment, we do not charge before the ride. We just put the amount on hold until the ride is completed, or else the amount was refunded directly to you twice as you have cancelled. Looking forward to see you riding again with XXRIDE.
Failure
Can’t even create an account. States “something went wrong”. Total waste of time even downloading this. Can’t be confident on the service which transports you or your family, which releases software on the AppStore in this state, (even if later fixed).
