Can’t book hotel room via app
The app just will not let you book a hotel rooms - always gives an error messages - uninstalled app several times- always same result - beyond frustrating
Running slow as ever
This is a great app. I love this app since I downloaded 3yrs. But something is missing I dont see any improvement. Just very slown in downloading data esspecially when you are trying to open the data information like booking a room and sometimes it doesn’t open at all. yes they need to fix that
I dont get them
There bad for many reason but that number one thing i dont get is that they will give there player free play at 2am in the morning. Who gambles at 2am? People have work you know

The burrito con Asada burrito is not what it used to taste like it was better when you could see when they make your burrito now you can’t see them making your burrito and it has a different taste and it’s not good. I was dissatisfied with it.

Looks like a good app
The app looks good, and is easy to navigate. The problem is when you try to book a room you can only book up to 2 nights. If you want to book 3 nights you’re out of luck.

at Yaamava casino is an enjoyable casino almost seniors are loved , enjoying fun muchmore having a small amount of money home, sorry to say, some lady servers dont allow us to offer 3 requests( water, drinks). happened at the 1st floor, i suggest if the management can provide us a spot to get drinks , coffee, etc. by doing - getting by ourselves only it will be more appreciated , like in the other casino ..... please , dont get upset with me, im only saying it for a good/ quality service to all ( customers, seniors, and for everybody's needs

It used to work
I used to love this app, but recently it won’t load any of my offers or my inbox. I enjoyed being able to see how the offers changed daily. I’ve tried deleting & re downloading and it doesn’t load the offers anymore.

Unable to use free spin wheel 3 times the screen was black then when it did spin it said it failed and put me back to wait another 4 hours
Scam
Irrespective of the claims in opposition… (1)the slots are rigged; (2)the locale is predominately infested with people of one certain race/ethnicity; (3)lines are so long you’ll find people asleep in them; (4)pennies for free play; (5)app doesn’t even work; (6)offers are not all honored nor redeemable.

Frustrated
I have a 13 ProMax and have never been able to use your App. My son has the same phone and it’s finally working on his. He said he had to delete and reinstall your app many times and all of a sudden it started working. I’ve done that too with no luck on my phone. I’ve gone to Guest Services many times but still they could do nothing to help me. What’s odd is I have an iPad and it seems to work on that. Strange. Wished it would work on my phone because I don’t carry around my iPad at the casino. Any suggestions.

App no funciona!!!!
Hace ya más del año que mi app abre pero no me muestra mis puntos (Tier), tampoco mis ofertas..lo único que me deja ver es el INBOX y poder hacer reservaciones…es muy molesto tener la app y tener que ir en Google para entrar ,y lo peor es que no me pudieron ayudar! Incluso cambié de teléfono y sigue igual ,el mismo problema!

No winnings. They going to take all your money. Not worth it
Spent $3712, tried different slot machines different days nothing is hitting not even a single bonus. Kept giving slots money hoping they give something back but unfortunately not. Me and my colleagues had a Very bad experience again. Probably not gonna go there again.

App crashes after iOS update
Hi There, after updating to iOS 17.0.2 whenever I click on an event the app crashes out. I’m unable to click on any event since updating without app closing. I’ve deleted, reinstalled app, restarted phone to no avail. Was working perfectly when using previous version of iOS. 😫

App Doesn’t Work!!!
I’ve been trying for the past year to gain access to the app. I get sent an access code via email and when inputting the code in the app the code doesn’t work! I’ve visited the Serrano desk at both the palms and Yaamava’ and none of the workers know who to trouble shoot it! I’ve been told to call and STILL NOTHING GETS DONE AND YOUR WORKERS DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR APP OR HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT IT!!
