YAAMS is best described as an application that monitors an employee's productivity. With respect to its features, one can: 1. Scan your presence: The employees can show-up at their office's vicinity and punch-in their presence with the help of a scanner present in the application. 2. Track employee attendance: Through YAAMS, you can check-out whether your employees have showed up on time or not on a daily basis. Along with that, it gets convenient to keep a tab on an employee's over all monthly/yearly attendance record. 3. Team leaders can easily assign tasks: Assigning tasks has never been easy. Within a few taps, team leaders or simply, any supervisor can assign a task to any of their respective employee- and all of this is done with fewer hassles. Once the employee completes their respective task, there also includes an option to upload their file right-away! 4. Geo-tagging: The application includes a smart feature that figures out whether the employee is present near the vicinity of their office or is scanning their presence from somewhere far. 5. Leave management: The leave-management feature of YAAMS allows any respective employee to apply for leaves, but with a twist. Their leave appeal first reaches their concerned team leader and until they don't approve of it, the HR wouldn't grant a leave permission. All of this is determined on the basis of the employee's over all presence track in the office.
