Terrible App waisted a subscription
Can’t access the magazine because App goes into an eternal queue. No customer assistance available. Huge waste of money and time trying to get it to work. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to no avail. You’d think an App to read a magazine is basics 101, but they managed to get it totally wrong.

A total mess
Like its sister apps, poorly thought out, badly executed and abysmally tested.
Great app but terrible customer service
I subscribed through the magazines direct website and had to email them to get the subscription activated..it took a week. But, if you are subscribed to both Yachting World and Yachting Monthly the account doesn’t seem to allow for both....or it might, but will take you another week to get a response from the customer service team..still waiting...

Can’t read off line
I have have a subscription but despite downloading editions they will not open when off line for no apparent reason. The time I want to read them is when I’m travelling!
Getting better!
Can’t fault the content and general quality of editorial however the app itself whilst improved recently (noticeably more stable than previous) should be better. For example the pages need more interactivity ie access to multi media content and also improved navigation direct from contents page. Whilst it’s been a long haul, The Times has finally got these aspects right in my opinion and might provide a useful template/ additional pointers for improvement to YM.
