Trying to reset my password for my 30 yr old email account. after their online Help Guide didn’t work. The rep in India requested Drivers License, both sides, and a facial recognition through a text link to my cellphone and numerous personal questions. After 2 calls to them, 30 minutes wasted bc “they couldn’t verify my identity” What else do they need? Now they have my DL, cellphone no., photo. Of course no supervisor was “available “ when I requested it.

Thinking of deleting all together
I have had my email addresses since 1994? And I really don’t like that I can’t delete/remove ads that don’t apply to me… I was single awhile ago and did download dating apps, but I’ve been in a relationship now for almost 2 years and the only way I can remove these ads targeting me for dating etc is if I pay!?!?!???? I might be deleting my accounts soon!

Yahoo, has been with me about 20yrs. I’ve never had any problems with it. I am happy with all that it has and does for me. ❤️
New update
The new update or whatever they did is absolutely awful they make you jump through hoops to get rid of emails. I’ve loved this app for years. I don’t understand what they have done. It’s absolutely obnoxious. Everything changed around.
