Shocking new layout
What on earth have you done to the interface? It’s absolutely awful, isn’t user friendly and looks terrible. Fix it ASAP
Bad update
I use this everyday on my computer and my phone. This recent update has turned my emails from easy to mange to now just a wall of them. I like how before it gave the three options at the top. Now everything is in just one spot.
Long time user
Yahoo was my very first email account and I must say that it has been very reliable over the years. The changes have all been improvements-very satisfied user!
Can’t delete folders
The button for deleting folders doesn’t work. When it’s tapped nothing happens. Same for “Rename” & “Create subfolder”.

I’ve been with yahoo since I was 16 years old, and I’m now 50 years old. It’s does what it says on the tin!
Porn sites
I can’t remove spam’s too many porn suggestions. My son uses this email and he is under age

Doesn’t seem to have the technology to block addresses. I said block and they’re in my junk folder. It’s called the junk folder on my mail app on my iPhone. Maybe you’re talking about the Yahoo Mail app. I’m using my yahoo emails with the mail app on the iPhone. Anyway, block means the advertisers can’t reach your inbox nor junk. You just be working with them.

Hard to navigate
Email is too hard to navigate
New update is trash
This new update is garbage. App freezes and shows incorrect amount of unread mail.
This latest upgrade sucks.
Yahoo! just updated the Mail app, and it sucks.
The refresh rate is pathetic - half the time, the only way I can access new emails is through the iPad notification summary, because nothing shows up in my Inbox. The in-app verification if I’m trying to access my yahoo email through a different device stopped working. The app is now useless. I’m forced to access my inbox through the web browser.
This may be time to walk away from Yahoo.

I am using Yahoo mail since 1992. It is forefather of all emails. It has developed through a long way and is well mature communication platform.
Broken
I’ve had a terrible experience with Yahoo Mail. My account stopped receiving emails, and no matter what I tried, nothing fixed the issue. The most frustrating part is that if you want customer support, you’re pushed toward paying for it. There doesn’t seem to be any free way to get real help, and even after trying, I couldn’t get anyone to respond. Email is something people rely on for important messages, and it’s unacceptable for it to stop working with little to no support available. I expected much better from a company this large.

I have had a message daily that requires me putting in my credentials and the message won’t go away, and no way to get support unless you sign up for PREMIUM. Long time user first issue BUT UNHAPPY
New update doesnt work
Layout changes upon opening of the app each time. Forces me to delete app and reinstall only for it to do it again. Layout changes, one second i can see my attachments i sent, the next i am missing them, i also cant see my photos and it blocks access
