비밀번호 작성규칙이 너무 말도안됨

"전화번호"도 아니고 "전화번호에 포함된 숫자"가 비밀번호에 포함되면 거절하는 규칙은 대체 어느나라 방식입니까?
님은 혼자서 20진법쯤 쓰나요?
자주 쓰는 비밀번호를 못 써서 맨날 까먹고 새로 설정하네요
