so bad for riders and drivers low fare rate and high tax and service fee from partners bad support team and doesn’t understand riders/drives problem and works and thinks for us!!! too much bad app
Need to review the app design
Give the ability to decline comming requests when already driving. Yesterday I was driving and I got to a critical point where I need to map to decide what lane to take but you crazy app showing me a new request I want to decline it so I can see the map and not take the wrong lane or cause an accident but no I had to wait for the request to pass. And juste after it passes a new request cames again, same problem, can't decline it my self. And not that all this seconds going the car is moving around 40-50 Km/h and the drive not know what lane to take. I ended up taking the wrong lane making me do a huge u turn about 4 km trip to come back to where I should have taken the far right lane. Nearly caused a road accident in that time. That was so frustrated...

Poor customer service
Their support don’t answer relevantly to any query whenever you ask. Wanna give minus review…. Never sort problems just copy paste pre written answer no customer care where u can call and speak to a member of staff.
Route selection issue
The route selection feature keeps crushing once it starts crushing i have to uninstall and reinstall the app and that is taking a-lot of my time and it’s becoming annoying please fix the issue properly this never happened in previous versions thank you
