Add Apple Wallet Support for Scan
The app is slow to open and it takes several seconds to load the barcode. Been begging for Apple Wallet support for years. Please add. Other YMCA apps have it and it’s so much faster!

This has got to be the worst App I have ever used. It constantly is saying something wrong. Error. Can’t log in to register for my classes. I get it fixed and it works for awhile until it doesn’t.
Barcode takes too long to pull up
Can the barcode not be available immediately without internet and loading? Just store it locally and have it as a button on the loading page with the guy with crossed arms.
I can’t even log in
Can’t use the app, I reset the pass 3 times, there is no way. App keeps saying there’s no account linked to the provided info. But when I try creating a new account, it says there is already an account with that information.

App consistently doesn’t show the right locations when trying to book a class. I have to open and close the app several times before it will display the location that I have selected. It also won’t tell you all of your listed reservations for multiple locations, you have to look through both to see them.

No photo in my Y app
I’m not sure what’s going on but on my Y clt app my picture has disappeared and all I see is the initial CM I have deleted, sign out and refresh the app and no photo. No one can explain why it is happening. Hopefully it will get fixed. Thanks
App stopped working on iPad after recent changes to the app
Unable to find out if the app will ever work on the iPad again. No response from Y tech support.

One year later, class search and reservations function still doesn’t work
For me, the biggest appeal to this app is the ability to search classes and make reservations. Nearly a year after leaving a review about this function rarely working it still rarely works. I’d forgotten I’d already written a review but was reminded when I signed in to leave this one.
I can be in the search/reservation function actually looking at classes but if I click one or don’t act fast enough, it refreshes and says there are no upcoming classes. It also does this if I try to apply a filter. Or, if I try to look a few days ahead, it jumps a week ahead and then won’t go back at all. There is no rhyme or reason to when these errors occur. It is baffling.
I’ve chatted with other members before or after a class who have the same issue. So, I feel somewhat confident that I’m not just an old lady who can’t figure out technology. Besides, I’m able to go to the website and book without any issue.
Maybe this time next year it won’t be a problem anymore. There are worse things in life, so not really complaining. But it’d be dishonest to say this app was anything more than 1 star.

Very quirky app
If I could give it no stars, I would. This app is very unfriendly. I book classes a lot and I have to re-learn it every single time. I don’t know what the problem is, but it never gets easier. I have never selected lap swim for a class, yet every single time I try to book a class, lap swim is my only option until I press a million different buttons to try and get other options up. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to how it works. Maybe it’s me, but I don’t have problems with other apps.

Useless
I can log in on the website just fine but the app doesn’t recognize or accept ANY of my information. What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t work correctly?

Tried To Login 5 Times , Still Doesnt Work Even After I Had Reset My Password Multiple Times
App CONSTANTLY doesn’t work
Not user friendly. Are used primarily for making reservations for my children for when I work out. I constantly get kicked out for no reason and then I cannot login. Three times I have had to sit with people at the front desk with them trying to help me get back in and they are so confused and then it just starts randomly working. Once again I have to make a reservation and guess what my password doesn’t work again. I’ve never use an app so terrible. On top of that when I do make reservations for my child you have to scroll forever just to get to the location and time you want. The design of it is ridiculous. And then once you make the reservation there’s no section where you can go and see all of the reservations you’ve made. For each child you have to scroll all the way down and look to find where the button is pink. This can be way more efficient but it misses the mark completely.

App frequently doesn’t work.
App is not ready for prime time. Doesn’t function more often then not. Go to find a class and it shows” no classes available “ 90% of the time. Have to delete app and reload again for it to work. Pathetic

It is not working for me. Since the update, when I try to log in, it says “ somethibg went wrong”. 🙁
Doesn’t work - UX makes no sense
This app makes no sense. It was updated so you have to search to figure out even how to book a class, and that function is ALWAYS broken! Also I don’t understand the goals section - why does the Y need to be an all around fitness app? People need this app to view their account, make reservations, book classes..Just make it functional instead of confusing your users! Please change it back 😅

Cannot log in
I use my online credentials and can never log in. I’ve reset pw multiple times. No luck.
Rarely Works
Same feedback as others have shared. I have a metro membership and have selected locations that interest me. The filters function rarely works and when I attempt to register for classes, they are full in one screen and showing availability on another. I can rarely get into a class, let alone a lane for swimming. My membership is of little to no value at this point, which is sad because I have been a member more than 10 years.

Bad version!
Hard to find what you want, too many options, just hitchy and hard to use. Sometimes the classes come up and sometimes they don't.Previous version was superior.
