Login issue
Please fix the login issue I’ve had the app for a month I’ve deleted it redownloaded it tried multiple things and the app won’t let me log in when the website does
Bad
Cannot find class registration on the web page. I can log into the web page but get wrong password on the app even though I’m using the same credentials. When I try to change my password on the app, I never receive the reset email.

Classes show up at times and at other times they don’t. At times, it won’t open. Other times it opens right up
Cleanliness at Yorktown “Y” needs good cleaning
Yorktown YMCA NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING!! Carpet in men’s locker room is bad, ladies say the same. Just all over cleanliness has gone down. Please clean the place up.

Can’t even login
I can login in through the website YMCA but no matter what I do I cannot login . Absolutely ridiculous.

Site problem if I go to the ymca and them send me a link to reset pay it works one time then won’t accept my new password! The temporary password emailed to me doesn’t work

I’ve tried inputting my login information so many times. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app. I’ve tried changing my password. I can’t login. I have to go into a browser and log in that way. It’s very frustrating.

Login help is needed from YMCA
I called and the YConnect app needs a different logon than the website. I had to get a link to set up app. It works just fine.
The APP is TERRIBLE
I can’t login. I’ve contacted you for help. They say I have to reach out to the Y. I should be able to login to the app.

Was inactive from YMCA for a bit of time, but recently renewed my membership just fine (the system recognized my email and asked me to login when I tried signing up for a new membership).
I logged in successfully on their website but the app login doesn’t work. Tried resetting password, but I never get the email. I tried deleting and re-downloading the app, checking my inbox/spam about 30x, refreshing, nothing works.
