Fatal servicio devolución

El envío fue rápido y correcto, pero al intentar devolverlo, la empresa de transportes no se ha personado para recoger el producto en la fecha indicada. He remitido mail a Atc, para que me ayuden y concreten otra fecha para la recogida y que me devuelvan mi dinero, pero sigo esperando respuesta a mi mail y retirada del producto.
No volveré a comprar si esta es su política de devolución
