Why are we always having errors withdrawing our funds sometimes,this is really too bad ,so which means we can’t trust the app when we want to remove our own money when is emergency,if the app keeps doing that you will lose a lot of trust in your customers and loss most of them we don’t like having stress removing our own money from the app,it is soo annoying,Fix it

Withdrawal from cedis
This app is so annoying! There is always a problem when withdrawing from the cedis account. Right now you can’t sell all your bitcoin balance unless you sell less of the balance you have. You need to work on the app, it’s so annoying.

Problems
Too many issues when using the app. Today one aspect isn’t working, tomorrow another is on. Sometimes btc takes 3 to 4 days before it will reflect on the app. It’s very appalling. The pin doesn’t show when making withdrawals…. Yellow card, fix y’all issues asap before we get fed up and leave. We are on your app because it’s of African origin.

This Yellow card, if you are not ready to serve costumers with good service and quality deposit and withdrawals then you should be ready to close down the app. I’ve been casing them for my bitcoins I sent from external account to my Yellow card account and it’s taking over 48hrs which is costing me a lot. So what’s the use of the app. To hurt people or to serve well? I don’t understand why this Yellow card thing is happening so. I have had a friend who is complaining with same issue. Once I get my btc in, I’ll just delete this app.

Fantastic easy trading.
I really enjoy trading with this app but one thing is that, they always experience more bad issues like. Login delays, BTC price don’t showing correct, no fees but u will never get the accurate amount use to buy your BTC. But it really easy and loving. I rate 5 stars because I enjoy using it.

This app is a complete trash, when buying bitcoin of depositing your money it’s fast, but when transferring BTC or tryna withdraw money it’s hard.. I try transferring BTC and it was slow. I then proceeded to sell and withdraw my money and it’s been pending for 5 days now. You got to delete this app if you can’t fix this issues. What if i needed the money urgently??? App failure
It’s been three days now I tried withdrawing money from my yellow card account to my mobile money account but it’s still on pending whiles I got so many bills to pay. I tried sending btc to another wallet but it didn’t work. The annoying part is that I emailed the support team and all the say is “ they’re trying to get things fix” three good days but nothing happened. It’s very annoying and this app is a trash

This app id trash, it keeps giving me issues left and right this time i bought bitcoin but am unable to transfer it i keep getting “internal server error” since yesterday and worse of all each time i try to open live chat with an agent it redirects me to email then when i email their support services it takes them the next day to reply and even if they fo reply the best they tell me is to update the app or that they are sorry, I don’t want sorry, i want you to fix your app or close it for good, Thanks.
