This app so bad and it makes SCB look so unreliable and incompetent. Can be annoyed most time
Safe and reliable
The app is fully loaded. I can do investment, local and international transfers seamlessly. I have my family abroad set up as saved beneficiaries and processing is fast.
App does not work accordingly
I will appreciate if you could upgrade and fix the issues with this app. The option to upgrade account leads to a broken page. There is no immediate or even no response when I send emails to comment on how badly this app or the online banking service. I believe this is supposed to be an international bank so the standard should be up to par.

This app is long overdue for a new look!
Navigating around the menu has never been easier and friendly. It’s time to change that!

App keeps deactivating
The app keeps reinstalling and deactivates my mobile key.. i will have to re-register.
Once i log out and want to open the app.. same issue.. I have notified your staffs for over a year and nothing has been done.
Also..include a receipt pop up page..when funds are transferred out just like other banks do on your app..
