Don’t purchase with this company.
We worked with this company 6 months ago. We had meetings via zoom and where sold on the product. We went ahead and signed a contract with them (FIRST MISTAKE). They worked on our website and delivery app.
From day one we constantly had to contact them to fix the bugs we where having.
They lied to us about dealing with a payment company. (Yes we had done work with Canadian companies) no they haven’t.
Bug after bug fix after fix and we where still not live. They claim to us to this day that everything is working (it’s not) we decided to send them a letter asking them to refund 1/2 of our costs and for the money we spent ($300.00) for a year plan we paid for that we didn’t use.
They said no and kept all of the money. Well then here is my review of them. STAY AWAY!!! We are still in business and learned our lesson to to deal with fraudulent companies.
From now on I read the reviews of companies and there service. If I read that someone was not happy I question it right away and read on to find that it’s so true.
Take it as you will, I say a BIG NO!!! To this company.

Fraudulent
After paying in full for my e-commerce site, the company failed to deliver. I cancelled in writing and requested a full refund which was not forthcoming.
Now, a full year later, they have just fraudulently deducted $1,720 from my credit card. The company does not respond to any of my communication.
I have opened a fraud investigation with my bank.
