YHA just keep adding new features to this app. Being able to access my room by just holding my phone to the lock makes it so easy. Would love to be able to manage bookings better, such as being able to cancel or change dates. Hopefully that’s on its way.
Wifi
Just give me the damn wifi. Why do I even need to download an app and give my data for decent wifi???

I like an app that keeps to a simple design and keeps rewards simple too. In this case book direct and save 1% for each booking and get 10% off food and beverage.
Also gave me premium Wi-fi before I walked into the property which was a nice touch.
