Worst app too much AD
The worst app loaded with Ad so much until I don’t even want to watch the camera view. Very very bad.

Ive never left a review but this company and app has ticked me off so bad.
Constant ads. Constantly pulling me to safari into the ad websites without me even clicking anything.
Can’t get into the live feed fast. At all.

Disgusting app
Totally unusable... Constant interruption with ad videos and ad free ads... This app is worthless... Why is it even made available on Apple?
Total bait and switch trash app
When this app and hardware was first released, it was pretty good. Then they loaded it up with advertisement as to where it’s totally useless to me. This is a total bait and switch where they totally disrespect us the purchaser of their hardware and changed their free plan to a waste of time plan. Thanks for nothing YI Home.

We have been using cameras for over 6 years. It was so fantastic that we have 6 cameras. Now the app is forcing to buy their cloud service. I paid for it one year and there was no value to it since I have memory cards on my cameras. Now it makes me watch long ads and they make it very difficult to watch live feeds or even access my memory cards. It constantly makes user go back to watch more ads and always asking for me to buy their cloud service. I Don’t Want Your Cloud Service. Give me back my access to my cameras and memory cards that I paid for.

No stars would be more appropriate
I purchased this camera before the company was sold or whatever happened where now I’m being asked to purchase a subscription to access the same features that came with the camera when I bought it. With no option for me to run this camera locally. This company is deceptive and abuses their customers I will never purchase another product from this company. Now if something is happening and I want to check my camera I have to sit through multiple ads. It’s disgusting I hope they get sued.

This app sucks now that I can’t access live streaming and I paid for it!!
Every update is worst
Used to be able to control settings and get alerted when there was movement, now you have to pay for that.

Poor Quality
If you just want basic monitoring so that you can respond when you see your baby waking up, or want to spy on a nanny this might work for you. But if you’re actually trying to observe your property. And need to be able to scroll to see exactly what was taking place at the time that the activity took place you’re gonna get very limited detailed information.

I have 9 months left on my yearly Yi camera subscription.
The old app has stopped worked and now I can’t access my cameras. When I download this new app, it forces me to buy a subscription again and won’t restore.
5 cameras are now useless and I can’t use. £150 for a yearly subscription gone!
Emailed support and had no reply for 2 weeks now.
Looking at getting a banking charge back due to this as I’ve paid for a service to which Yi doesn’t allow. This is illegal in the Uk!

Ahhh
They only give you like 3 mins without buying their monthly service plans… there was nothing to suggest that when I was buying the cameras. So I do feel like I wasted $$ and the cameras are flimsy and don’t stand on their own. I would not recommend.
Worst app just ads
This app is sold as security camera app it is jus none stop ads popups. Do not bother.
