Not so good.
Can hardly see class list. Not functional. Don’t upgrade unless you have a super large phone screen. How do I go back to the old version? Help.
App sucks!
HELP! I try to get into a class exactly 48 hours before the class. The app says “more info”, then 30 seconds later it says “wait list full no more spots”. I have had it! This has gone on for over one year now. I want my money back for the Y membership. This is insane!
Always having issues
This app needs to be updated immediately given the monthly fees the YMCA charges.

Fine when it works
This app works fine for a few times and then it freezes and won’t change the day when you try to schedule a class. I always have to delete the app and reinstall it.

If there was a zero star this app has earned it:(. What an absolute sham of a business to sell this ineffective, inefficient, wonky (in a bad way) app. It is. Disservice to our large not for profit community.
Worst App Ever
This app freezes up almost every time I use it. I have to delete it and download it o er and over so I can reserve spots in my exercise classes. Sometimes the time it takes to do that causes me to end up on the waitlist. So frustrating. There must be a better way.
I don’t have an email associated with my account. I can’t log in or make any reservations for classes because it won’t let me use my member ID to log in instead.
Bogus app
If I could give it zero stars I would. Just started to act up. Trying to schedule a class is a nightmare. Never had a problem till the last two weeks. Won’t open, won’t switch to schedule 48 hours ahead. Now it won’t even open to check in. I tried logging out and logging back in- turning my phone off and even deleting and reinstalling the app. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told that there have been other people with the same issues. What a waste!!!!!!

Login issues
Won’t let me login- keeps making me change password whenever I get to login screen. Makes the app absolutely useless. Sounds like this has been an issue for many years based on other reviews.
Can’t even login
I’ve tried numerous times to login and it. Says it emailed me a ‘pin’. The pin / email never comes so I can’t ever log in.
Easy check in
Love the ease to check in, no need to worry about key cards or bother the staff to look up our memberships!
Unable to log in
I have attempted to log in several times and receive an error saying “invalid information “. I thought maybe my password was wrong so I selected the option to reset it. Supposedly I was to receive an email to reset pw. Never got that email. The app is useless
Cant login
I put in my email and click enter password but it just loads and then says error I can login on the computer just fine but I can’t get the app to work
Cannot logon with strong password
If you use a strong password (or maybe too strong) you cannot log on via the app, even though you can log on to the YMCA of GB website. The app states invalid username or password. You have to change your password to be more simple to log on via the app. Please fix this.
Logs me in but throws error message when retrieving bar code.
This is a useless app. I went through the registration process and I can log in, but it says there is an “issue with my account” when generating the bar code to check in. The Berwyn YMCA desk reviewed my account and found no problems with it. They are unable to help with resolving problems with this garbage app. I will revise this review if something changes for the better.

Frustrating Keeps defaulting to sign YOU MUST CONSTANTLY SIGN. IN, worst app on the market!

Works well
This app works flawless on my end and I like the barcode for scan to the facility. The class schedule comes handy too!
Beyond frustrating
Last night I tried to check today’s schedule and discovered the app had spontaneously changed from GBW to Delaware! I deleted that app and downloaded the correct one for my area and cannot get on it. Last night I just never got the email to continue registration this morning it’s not progressing from me entering my email address to the next screen. Please fix this.
